If you're not satisfied with an item, simply return it in its original condition within seven days of receiving it. Your refund will be credited back in the original payment method less shipping and handling charges. Your credit will be applied once the item has been received and accepted by our Sales Center. In order for your credit to be processed promptly, Please contact us by email to receive an online Return Authorization Form (RAF).
Your return will not be accepted without your RAF. Once you have received your RAF please follow the instructions listed on the form. Return the item in its original packaging, ensuring that all tags, boxes, plastic bags, etc. are with the item.
Important: You must include the RAF with your return—we encourage you to keep a copy for your records.
If any of the items you purchased was delivered to you in a damaged condition or if the number of items doesn't match the invoice you received, you must let us know immediately no later than 3 days of delivery. Please return any damaged items to our Sales Center. Pending the returned evaluation, we will make arrangements to either ship you a replacement at no extra cost to you or issue a full refund. Your refund will be credited in its original payment method. This refund is for damaged goods only, we will cover the returned shipping cost.
Mail Orders: Please note that we are not responsible for any lost returns. We advise you to insure your return with tracking information. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for returned items, unless the item was damaged. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee to cover the original shipping and handling charges.
