Company Policy
All in stock merchandise orders will be processed immediately. If the item is not available we will issue a refund back to your credit card or in the same method payment was made. If the order is on back order we will process the order and give you an estimated delivery date or give you the option to cancel the order. Once the item is available and processed your order cannot be cancel. Bajos Designer Fashions deserves the right to change prices without notice.
Shipping Info
The majority of our orders are shipped via UPS ground. Most in-stock items will arrive on your doorstep within 5-8 business days after receipt of your order. We do not ship internationally, however if you purchase from the Carbotti Collection shipping cost may vary depending on shipping rates and customs at the present time. If a customer wants next day air there will be an additional shipping cost assessed. Orders received before 3 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday (if item is in stock) will be processed within 24 to 48 hours of receipt. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, will be shipped that following Monday. Request for 3-day, 2-day or overnight shipping must be called in, and additional charges will apply.
Return Policy
If you're not satisfied with an item, simply return it in its original condition within seven days of receiving it. Your refund will be credited back in the original payment method less shipping and handling charges. Your credit will be applied once the item has been received and accepted by our Sales Center. In order for your credit to be processed promptly, Please contact us by email to receive an online Return Authorization Form (RAF).
Your return will not be accepted without your RAF. Once you have received your RAF please follow the instructions listed on the form. Return the item in its original packaging, ensuring that all tags, boxes, plastic bags, etc. are with the item.
Important: You must include the RAF with your return—we encourage you to keep a copy for your records.
Shipping Damages:
If any of the items you purchased was delivered to you in a damaged condition or if the number of items doesn't match the invoice you received, you must let us know immediately no later than 3 days of delivery. Please return any damaged items to our Sales Center. Pending the returned evaluation, we will make arrangements to either ship you a replacement at no extra cost to you or issue a full refund. Your refund will be credited in its original payment method. This refund is for damaged goods only, we will cover the returned shipping cost.
Mail Orders: Please note that we are not responsible for any lost returns. We advise you to insure your return with tracking information. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for returned items, unless the item was damaged. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee to cover the original shipping and handling charges.
